The role involves overseeing SEND provision, coordinating interventions, managing EHCP processes, supporting teachers with strategies, and working closely with external agencies. You will play a key role in promoting inclusive practice across the school.

Requirements
The ideal candidate would have:

QTS or equivalent qualification

NASENCO qualification or willingness to complete it

Strong knowledge of SEND legislation

Experience supporting students with diverse needs

Excellent communication and organisational skills

A valid DBS or willingness to obtain one
