Send Key Worker (Post 16)

We're working with a local authority seeking an experienced professional to manage a caseload of children and young people with EHCPs, ensuring statutory timescales are met while delivering a person-centred, outcomes-focused service.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage SEND assessments and Education, Health & Care Plans (EHCPs)
- Coordinate multi-agency assessments and annual reviews
- Act as the main point of contact for families, schools and education providers
- Chair meetings and work collaboratively with professionals to secure the best outcomes
- Support placement planning and provide advice on SEND processes and legislation
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience managing EHCPs within a local authority
- Strong knowledge of the SEND Code of Practice and statutory processes
- Post 16 experience within a Local Authority
Contract Details:
- £300-£320 per day
- Fully remote working
- Immediate start available
- Ongoing contract
