Send Recruitment Consultant

Smart Education is growing, and we’re looking for a driven, down-to-earth SEND Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Oldbury.

This isn’t your typical desk job. You’ll be connecting with schools, SEND settings, teachers, support staff and candidates every day — matching the right people with the right opportunities and making a real difference along the way.

What you’ll be doing

• Building and developing strong relationships with schools and SEND settings
• Recruiting and interviewing high-quality SEND candidates
• Managing your own candidate and client relationships
• Matching candidates to the right roles and opportunities
• Developing new business and growing your network
• Working as part of a supportive, ambitious and energetic team
• Making a genuine difference to schools, candidates and the children they support
