Aspire People is recruiting caring, enthusiastic, and resilient Teaching Assistants to work in a lovely, supportive SEND school in Grimsby. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity, working term time only through Aspire People, with the potential to become a permanent member of the school's team for the right candidate.

* Teaching Assistants

* Candidates with experience working with children
* Those who have supported vulnerable young adults
* Applicants who have recently completed a Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
* Anyone with transferable skills and a genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs
The ideal candidate will:
* Be patient, caring, and positive
* Have excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Be adaptable and eager to learn
* Be passionate about supporting children to reach their full potential
* Hold an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or be willing to obtain one
