We are working with a specialist SEND school in Croydon that is seeking a passionate and dedicated Class Teacher to join their team on a permanent basis from September 2026.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a supportive and inclusive environment, helping pupils with a range of special educational needs achieve their full potential academically, socially, and emotionally.

As a Class Teacher, you will:

• Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual learning needs.
• Create a safe, positive and nurturing learning environment.
• Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, therapists and other professionals.
• Monitor and assess pupil progress, adapting teaching approaches where required.
• Develop strong relationships with pupils, families and colleagues.
• Support pupils with a range of SEND, including Autism, ADHD, communication difficulties and complex learning needs.

We are looking for someone who:

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Has experience working with children with SEND, either in a special school or mainstream setting.
• Is passionate about inclusive education and improving outcomes for vulnerable learners.
• Demonstrates excellent classroom management and communication skills.
• Is committed, resilient and eager to contribute to the wider school community.
