Aspire People are looking for an experienced SEND Teaching Assistant with a Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification to join a highly specialist and complex SEND school in Oldbury.

The school supports pupils aged 11-19 with complex medical and additional needs, including Autism, personal care requirements and significant learning needs. This is a hands-on role where experience supporting young people with complex needs is essential.

The ideal candidate:
Must hold a Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification
Must have the Level 3 qualification clearly listed on their CV
Experience working with children or young people with SEND
Experience supporting pupils with Autism and complex needs
Comfortable providing personal care
Confident supporting pupils with medical and physical needs
Patient, caring and resilient
Able to work as part of a specialist multidisciplinary team
