SEND Teaching Assistant in Bradford

The schools provide an inclusive and supportive learning environment where pupils are encouraged to develop their confidence, independence and engagement with learning.

We are looking for a SEND Teaching Assistant for day to day, short term and long-term roles across Key Stage 1/ KS1 and Key Stage 2/ KS2. The successful SEND Teaching Assistant will support children with needs including Autism / ASD and ADHD, providing 1:1 support, delivering small group interventions and helping pupils with emotional regulation throughout the school day.

The successful SEND Teaching Assistant will have:

• Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
• Experience working with children with SEND
• Experience supporting children with Autism / ASD and ADHD
• Confidence providing 1:1 and small group support
• A patient and supportive approach to emotional regulation
• A positive and adaptable attitude
