Hours: Monday - Friday (08:30 -  15:30)

The Supply Register are currently recruiting for compassionate and dedicated SEND Teaching Assistants to join our team. We are looking for people who are committed to making a positive difference in the lives of students with a range of additional needs. 

Whether you're looking for flexible day-to-day supply, short-term assignments or long-term placements, we have opportunities to suit your availability!

What You'll Be Doing: 

• Provide one-to-one and small group support to pupils. 
• Work closely with teachers to adapt learning activities to meet individual needs. 
• Encourage pupils to build confidence and independence within the classroom. 
• Build positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents to achieve the best possible outcomes. 

What We're Looking For: 

• Previous experience supporting children or young people with additional needs. 
• A patient, caring and resilient approach. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
• A relevent Teaching Assistant or Childcare qualification.
