Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant with a passion for supporting children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities? 

The Supply Register are currently recruiting for experienced teaching assistant to join a primary school in Leamington Spa. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys making a real difference to pupils learning and confidence, and who can provide consistent, individualised support. 

The Role

• Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEND. 
• Support pupils with their learning, development and engagement. 
• Work closely with the class teacher and wider school team to adapt learning and provide appropriate support. 
• Help pupils develop their confidence, independence and social skills. 
• Encourage positive behaviour and create a calm, inclusive learning environment. 

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience supporting children with SEND is essential. 
• Experience supporting children 1:1 and/or in small groups. 
• Patient, compassionate and resilient approach. 
• Reliable, proactive and committed to supporting pupils.
