Tradewind Recruitment are working with several different Special Needs Schools in East Birmingham who are recruiting Unqualified, Level 2 and Level 3 TA's
The schools ages range from early years to post 16 for children with SEND.
The schools are part SEND Trusts and SEND Local Authority Schools with a range significant complex needs including a combination of physical, sensory, medical and cognition and learning needs. As well as a SEND College which is an independent specialist provision for young adults aged 19 to 25 years who have PMLD.
The schools are looking to recruit Teaching Assistants to support day to day, short term and full time within there school. It is essential that you have prior experience supporting with complex needs. It is essential your empathetic, patient and resilient as a lot of the pupils in school communicate through action which means days can be challenging.
