Job description

The Victory Primary School has asked Academics help recuit someone who is committed to education and has acquired the relevant qualifications, to join their team and lead and manage support for their pupils with Special Educational Needs and disabilities (SEND). The right candidate will be a key member of the team with no regular teaching responsibilities. They will oversee inclusive practices across the school, and be highly effective in managing quality provision for children with SEND, raising standards and enabling all pupils to achieve their very best.

Alongside a strong team of Learning Support Assistants and pastoral staff, the SENCo will work to secure high quality teaching, effective use of resources and improved standards of learning and achievement for all pupils but particularly for those on the SEND register.

Working with SEND pupils will be a vocation of the successful applicant, and they will come with knowledge and enthusiasm. United Learning offers a generous salary and relocation expenses, where required. Together the school can achieve 'The Best in Everyone'.
