This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate SEND specialist to take on a key leadership role within a welcoming, well-resourced and community-focused school. This part-time has flexiablity around working days.
About the Role
- Lead and manage SEND provision across the school, including Nursery
- Oversee the day-to-day coordination of SEN supportand provision
- Work closely with SLT to drive inclusive practice and school improvement
- Manage and review EHCPs, SEN Support Plans and interventions
- Liaise with parents, staff and external agencies to ensure the best outcomes
- Support and guide teaching staff in delivering high-quality inclusive teaching
- Play a key role in developing SEND strategy and provision across the school
What We’re Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- National SENCo Award(or working towards)
- Strong experience supporting children with a range ofSEND needs
- Solid understanding of the SEND Code of Practice
- Experience managing EHCPs and working with external agencies
- Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills
- A proactive, child-centred and collaborative approach

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications.
