Senior Account Executive TRAVEL in Islington, Greater London

Antella Travel Recruitment is recruiting for an Senior Operations / Key Account Executive to join an established travel business based in London on a hybrid basis.

This role combines travel operations, client relationship management and service delivery. You’ll coordinate bookings, manage client accounts and ensure all arrangements run smoothly, using Tourplan and CRM systems to maintain accurate records and deliver excellent service.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day client accounts and build strong relationships.
• Coordinate bookings, itineraries and operational arrangements.
• Use Tourplan to manage reservations and operational information.
• Maintain accurate client records using a CRM system.
• Handle client queries, amendments and requests promptly.
• Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to resolve issues.
• Monitor bookings, deadlines and service standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and client satisfaction.

What we’re looking for

Essential requirements:

• Previous experience working within a DMC AND Hands-on experience using Tourplan.
• Experience using a CRM system.
• Strong client management and communication skills.
• A background in travel operations or reservations.
• Excellent organisation, attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
