Senior Account Manager Location: Nottingham Salary: £42,000 Working Pattern: Fully on-site  
Pin Point Recruitment is working with a well-established print and production business to recruit a Senior Account Manager to oversee a major national client account.
 
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Account Manager with a strong understanding of litho printing, who has previously managed large, complex accounts and is confident overseeing projects from start to finish.
 
The business would also consider an experienced Account Manager who is ready to take the next step into a senior position, provided they have the right account management experience and commercial understanding.
  The Role ·       You will take ownership of a high-profile national account, managing the day-to-day relationship with the client and overseeing the full process from initial requirements through to production and final delivery.
·       Working closely with internal departments, you will ensure projects run smoothly, deadlines are met, budgets are controlled and the client receives a consistently high level of service.
·       You will also support and coordinate a team of four, helping to manage workloads, maintain standards and ensure the successful delivery of all account activity.
  Key Responsibilities ·       Manage a large, complex national client account, acting as the main point of contact.
·       Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders.
·       Oversee projects from initial brief through planning, production and final delivery.
·       Use your knowledge of litho printing to understand production requirements, identify potential issues and ensure work is delivered to the required standard.
·       Coordinate with production, planning, logistics and other internal departments.
·       Manage project budgets, costs, forecasting and financial reporting.
·       Monitor deadlines, quality standards and overall account performance.
·       Resolve client queries and operational issues quickly and effectively.
·       Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency and account profitability.
·       Support and guide a team of four, ensuring work is prioritised and delivered effectively.
·       Ensure work complies with company procedures, quality standards and relevant data protection requirements.
  What We're Looking For   Essential Experience: ·       Previous experience managing large, complex client accounts.
·       A good understanding of litho printing and print production processes.
·       Experience overseeing projects through multiple stages, from brief to delivery.
·       Strong commercial awareness, including budgeting, cost control and financial reporting.
·       Excellent client relationship management and communication skills.
·       Experience coordinating multiple departments and managing competing priorities.
·       Strong organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure.
