Zest4Talent is partnering with a well-established, independent acoustic consultancy renowned for delivering high-quality work across planning, environmental and building acoustics. Due to continued growth, they're looking to appoint an experienced Senior or Principal Acoustic Consultant to strengthen their expanding team.

🔹 The Role
You'll be leading and delivering a varied portfolio of acoustic projects, attending client meetings, managing your own workload and supporting the development of junior consultants.
The business is looking for someone who can confidently manage projects with minimal supervision, build lasting client relationships and enjoy mentoring colleagues as the team continues to grow.
🔹 What We're Looking For
✔ Ideally 4–8 years' consultancy experience within acoustics
✔ Experience across planning, building acoustics and mechanical services noise
✔ Degree in Acoustics, Physics, Audio Technology or a related discipline (preferred)
✔ IOA membership desirable
✔ Ability to manage projects independently
✔ Strong commercial awareness and excellent client-facing skills
✔ Existing client relationships would be advantageous
Most importantly, they're looking for someone with genuine enthusiasm for acoustics, who enjoys solving technical challenges, mentoring others and playing a key role in the continued growth of the business.
🔹 Working Arrangements
The head office is based in Bedfordshire with excellent transport links.
The standard hybrid pattern is 2 days in the office and 3 days working from home. For the right individual, fully remote working will also be considered. You'll be expected to spend time in the office during onboarding and thereafter attend once or twice a month to collaborate with the wider team and maintain strong working relationships.
