Description

  • Monitor the performance of contracts to ensure quality, compliance, and value for money.
  • Review administrative processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Identify and escalate data quality issues promptly, ensuring appropriate actions are taken to mitigate risks and maintain statutory compliance.
  • Take responsibility for delivering a comprehensive administrative support service to the team.
  • Undertake general office duties as required, including filing, typing, processing post, arranging meetings, and maintaining records.
  • Develop, maintain, and monitor systems, registers, records, and databases to ensure the accurate input, storage, retrieval, and reporting of data.
  • Promote effective communication across offices, departments, external customers, and stakeholders.
  • Produce accurate correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting minutes to a high professional standard.
  • Support the achievement of individual, team, and organisational objectives through effective administration and collaboration.

Profile

Essential Criteria:

  • Proven experience of working to deadlines and achieving targets.
  • Strong customer service experience with a customer-focused approach.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to effectively organise and prioritise workload, working methodically and using own initiative.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Technically proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Demonstrates behaviours and values aligned with the Guinness Behaviours framework.

Desirable Criteria:

  • Knowledge of the Social Housing and Care sectors.
  • Experience of producing reports and managing data effectively.
  • Experience of training or supporting colleagues in the use of systems and processes.
  • Ability to interpret and communicate management information clearly to a range of stakeholders

Job Offer

  • Permanent equivalent salary of £29,897.
  • 6-week Temporary contract offering flexibility.
  • Opportunity to contribute to a meaningful not-for-profit organisation.
  • Full time 35 hours per week.
