Part-Time Senior Administrator / PA (Fixed-Term Contract)
Part-Time | 25-28 Hours per Week | Fully Office-Based | FTC Until March 2027
Based in south Cambridgeshire
Salary: Circa £40,000 FTE
 
Our client, a successful and growing organisation, is seeking an experienced and highly adaptable Senior Administrator / PA to join their team on a fixed-term contract through to March 2027.
 
This is a varied and hands-on position supporting a busy leadership team in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. The successful candidate will thrive on managing changing priorities, keeping operations running smoothly and providing first-class administrative support across the business.
 
The role offers flexibility around working hours, making it an excellent opportunity for someone looking to work around school hours while remaining in a rewarding and professional position.
 
The Role
 
Responsibilities will include:
  • Providing comprehensive administrative support to senior leadership
  • Complex diary and meeting management
  • Coordinating travel arrangements and itineraries
  • Organising board and investor meetings
  • Preparing meeting documentation and presentations
  • Acting as the first point of contact for visitors and guests
  • Managing office and facilities administration
  • Supporting with basic HR administration
  • Assisting with routine finance and operational tasks
  • Ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office
 
About You
 
We are looking for a proactive, organised and resilient individual who enjoys variety and can confidently juggle multiple priorities.
You will likely have previous experience as a:
 
  • Executive Assistant (EA)
  • Personal Assistant (PA)
  • Senior Administrator
  • Office Manager
 
You will also have:
 
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • The ability to adapt quickly in a changing and sometimes fast-moving environment
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience supporting senior leaders and executives
  • Confidence liaising with board members and investors
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • A professional and welcoming approach when dealing with visitors and external stakeholders
