We're supporting a rapidly growing St. James's Place Senior Partner Practice as they look to appoint an experienced Senior Administrator / Paraplanner to become an integral part of their team.
This is a role for someone who enjoys blending paraplanning work with client interaction and broader practice support responsibilities. You'll be trusted to manage key stages of the client journey, from research and report writing through to implementation and ongoing servicing.
Responsibilities will include:
- Preparing suitability reports and recommendation documentation.
- Conducting technical research to support financial planning advice.
- Liaising with clients, providers and third parties.
- Preparing advisers for client meetings and completing follow-up actions.
- Supporting client onboarding and ongoing servicing.
- Maintaining accurate records in line with FCA requirements.
Who We're Looking For
You'll already have experience within financial services, ideally within the St. James's Place network, and enjoy working in a technical, client-focused environment.
Whether your background is in paraplanning, adviser support or senior administration, you'll be organised, proactive and take pride in producing accurate, high-quality work. You'll also enjoy working collaboratively and want to be part of a practice that is continuing to grow and invest in its people.
What's on Offer?
- Salary of around £40,000
- Quarterly personal performance bonus (£500 per quarter)
- £100 bonus for each retirement transfer or IHT case
