Senior Affiliate Executive in Walsall, West Midlands

£36,000-£45,000 DOE | Walsall | 4 days in the office 1 day from home
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing ecommerce business and take ownership of its affiliate marketing and partnerships activity.
Working closely with the Head of Ecommerce, you'll play a key role in growing affiliate revenue, developing strategic partnerships and maximising the performance of the affiliate channel.
The Role

• Take ownership of the day-to-day affiliate programme, managing recruitment, retention and partner promotions.
• Build and develop relationships with existing and new affiliate partners.
• Identify new commercial opportunities to drive affiliate revenue and brand awareness.
• Monitor campaign performance, analysing data to identify opportunities for growth.
• Recommend commission and budget adjustments to maximise ROI.
• Research competitors and industry trends to identify new opportunities.
• Coordinate seasonal campaigns, promotional activity and exclusive partner offers.
• Manage and optimise the affiliate network platform, ideally AWIN.

About You

• At least 3 years' experience within affiliate marketing.
• Experience managing affiliate networks, ideally AWIN.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Commercially minded with excellent analytical abilities.
• Experience managing multiple campaigns and partnerships.
• Proactive, organised and confident working autonomously.
