Senior Air Conditioning Installation Engineer

We're recruiting a Senior Air Conditioning Installation Engineer for a growing renewable energy and HVAC specialist delivering high-quality projects across London and the South East.

This is a hands-on senior role for an experienced AC engineer who can take ownership of installations, support junior engineers and maintain consistently high standards across premium residential and commercial projects.

• Install split, multi-split and VRF/VRV systems

• Work on high-end residential and commercial HVAC projects

• Lead installations on site and support junior engineers

• Carry out pipework, brazing, pressure testing and commissioning support

• Read and work from technical drawings and specifications

• Liaise with Project Managers and site teams

• Identify installation issues and resolve them efficiently

• Maintain high standards of quality, safety and workmanship

• Support handover and snagging at project completion

• Strong experience in air conditioning installation

• F-Gas qualified

• Confident with VRF/VRV, splits and multi-splits

• Experience with manufacturers such as Daikin or Mitsubishi

• Strong pipework and brazing skills

• Able to run jobs and supervise less experienced engineers

• Good customer-facing and communication skills

• Full UK driving licence

• NVQ Level 2/3 in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration desirable

• £45,000-£55,000 basic

• Company van and fuel card

This is ideal for an experienced engineer who wants more responsibility without moving completely away from the tools.

You'll work on high-quality HVAC projects while developing towards Lead Engineer, Supervisor, Project Manager or HVAC Manager.
