Senior Amazon & eCommerce Manager

This is a senior Amazon and eCommerce role responsible for owning online trading performance, profitability and growth across Amazon UK and other eCommerce channels. The successful candidate will combine strategic planning with hands-on execution to scale revenue, optimise marketplace performance and drive profitable growth within a fast-growing consumer products business.

Description

• Own Amazon UK revenue, profitability and growth.
• Lead Amazon Vendor Central strategy and trading performance.
• Manage Amazon Advertising (AMS) and DSP campaigns.
• Drive marketplace, D2C and wider eCommerce growth.
• Optimise listings, content, conversion and product launches.
• Own forecasting, inventory planning and commercial performance.
• Manage the Amazon and eCommerce P&L.
• Analyse performance data and identify growth opportunities.
• Lead key promotional events including Prime Day and Black Friday.
• Collaborate with internal teams, agencies and Amazon stakeholders.
• Deliver insights and recommendations to senior leadership.

Profile

• 7+ years' experience in Amazon and eCommerce leadership roles.
• Proven success scaling Amazon UK businesses and delivering growth.
• Expert knowledge of Amazon Vendor Central (1P).
• Hands-on experience managing Amazon Advertising (AMS) and DSP.
• Strong commercial acumen with P&L ownership experience.
• Data-driven with excellent analytical and decision-making skills.
• Skilled in commercial negotiation and stakeholder management.
• Experience within consumer products, FMCG, electronics or retail brands.
• Strategic thinker who is equally comfortable with hands-on execution.
• Thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial and growth-focused environments.
• Passionate about eCommerce, digital trading and performance optimisation.

Job Offer

• Competitive salary of £80,000 - £85,000
