Senior Architect

Architect - Residential-Led Projects | Manchester (Hybrid) | 5+ Years PQE

Design-focused Architect required for a leading Manchester-based multidisciplinary construction consultancy. This is a great opportunity for an ARB-registered Architect with 5+ years post-Part 3 experience to lead projects from concept to completion, with strong exposure to residential, mixed-use and housing-led developments.

Location: Manchester
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000
Hours: 35 hours/week, flexible start/finish (core hours 10am-4pm)
Working pattern: Hybrid

The Role
As Architect, you'll take ownership of projects across all RIBA work stages, from initial concept through to delivery, working closely with clients, contractors and consultants. You'll combine strong design skills with commercial and technical know-how to deliver high-quality outcomes on time and on budget.

What You'll Need

• ARB-registered Architect, minimum 5 years post-Part 3 (PQE)
• Strong proficiency in Revit and BIM-led workflows
• Experience managing projects through all RIBA stages
• Residential sector experience desirable (large-scale housing, mixed-use)
• Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills
• Strong design portfolio with a creative, detail-oriented approach
