Location:          Stockport

Salary:             £45,000 – £50,000 (Commensurate with Experience)

It would suit a technically strong Architectural Technologist or Senior Architectural Technologist who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems, and playing a key role in delivering projects through construction.

Package:

• Salary of £45,000 – £50,000 (Commensurate with Experience)
• Hybrid working: 3 days in the office, 2 days from home
• 4.5-day working week
• 1pm finish every Friday

Office: Stockport

Hours: Full time – Monday to Thursday with an early finish at 1pm on Fridays

Duties:

• Lead the technical delivery of residential projects through construction
• Produce and oversee detailed technical packages using Revit
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and internal teams
• Attend site meetings and provide technical input during live projects
• Ensure compliance with UK building regulations and construction standards
• Support project teams with detailing, problem-solving and technical guidance

Requirements:

• Degree Qualified in Architecture, Architectural Technology or similar field
• Strong experience as an Architectural Technologist or Senior Architectural Technologist
• Excellent Revit skills are essential
• Strong technical knowledge of construction detailing and delivery
• Experience working on residential, affordable housing or social housing projects
• Confident communication skills for client and contractor liaison
• Ability to take ownership of technical packages through to construction
