A well-established architectural practice is seeking a Senior Architectural Technologist to join their Nottingham team. The practice delivers a wide variety of projects across multiple sectors, offering the opportunity to play a key role in the technical delivery of schemes from design through to completion.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Architectural Technologist to take ownership of project delivery within a collaborative and supportive environment, working closely with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities for this Senior Architectural Technologist role:
• Lead the technical delivery of projects across a wide variety of sectors and all RIBA stages
• Produce and coordinate technical drawings, specifications, and construction information
• Prepare NBS specifications and Scope of Works documentation
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, and contractors to deliver fully integrated design solutions
• Ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations, planning requirements, and industry standards
• Attend client, design team, and site meetings throughout project delivery
• Support and mentor junior team members where required

Requirements for this Senior Architectural Technologist role:
• Proven experience technically delivering architectural projects within a UK practice
• Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing
• Experience preparing NBS specifications and Scope of Works documentation
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
• Strong organisational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a collaborative team
• Experience delivering projects across a wide variety of sectors
