Senior Architectural Technologist in Lancashire

A Senior Architectural Technologist is required to deliver coordinated technical packages across healthcare projects, with commercial experience also relevant. Based in Lancashire, the role covers RIBA Stages 2 to 4 and suits an experienced UK architectural practice professional with strong Revit capability, technical detailing knowledge and confidence contributing to project meetings, client presentations and multidisciplinary coordination.

Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver Revit packages across RIBA Stages 2 to 4
• Prepare specifications, technical documentation and coordinated drawing packages
• Maintain accurate technical information across live healthcare projects
• Collaborate with architects, associates and directors
• Support junior technologists and manage competing project workloads

Skills & Experience Required

• At least four years' UK architectural practice experience
• Excellent Revit skills and proven BIM workflow capability
• CIAT registered
• Healthcare or commercial project experience in the UK
• UK building regulations knowledge and access to a car

Salary & Benefits

• £40,000 - £50,000
• Two homeworking days weekly after probation
