The Opportunity
As a Senior Architectural Technologist, you will take responsibility for the technical delivery of large-scale and complex projects, managing multiple commissions simultaneously while leading and supporting project teams.
You'll work closely with clients, consultants and internal stakeholders, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest technical standards.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead the technical delivery of major construction projects valued at £20m+
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously across a variety of sectors
• Coordinate multidisciplinary design teams and external consultants
• Produce and oversee detailed technical information, specifications and construction packages
• Ensure compliance with all relevant statutory, legal and technical requirements
• Manage project programmes, fees and financial performance
• Develop strong client relationships and act as a trusted technical advisor
• Mentor and support junior team members, delegating workload effectively
• Contribute to business development activities and winning new work
• Champion innovative construction methods, sustainability initiatives and technical excellence
What We're Looking For
Essential Experience
• Significant experience operating as a Senior Architectural Technologist or equivalent
• Proven track record delivering large and complex construction projects
• Advanced proficiency in Revit
• Strong technical detailing and specification writing skills
• Experience managing project teams and coordinating consultants
• Excellent understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction processes
• Ability to manage workloads independently while leading others
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Desirable Experience
• Experience within Education, Healthcare, Technology or Innovation sectors
• Knowledge of Modern Methods of Construction (MMC)
• Understanding of Net Zero Carbon design principles
• Working knowledge of NBS Chorus
• Experience with Dynamo scripting
• Experience managing outsourced technical delivery partners
