Position Specific Requirements
Support the Bank's Financial Crime prevention framework by assisting in the prevention, detection, investigation, and reporting of financial crime risks, including money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions breaches, fraud, bribery and corruption, and other financial crime-related activities. The role ensures compliance with applicable legal, regulatory, and internal policy requirements while contributing to the Bank's overall risk management framework.

Position Specific Skills
Essential
Knowledge of UK AML, sanctions, fraud, and financial crime regulations.
Understanding of customer due diligence and enhanced due diligence requirements.
Experience investigating financial crime alerts.
Strong analytical and investigative skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Good attention to detail.
Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Desirable
Experience within a UK regulated financial institution.
Knowledge of sanctions screening and transaction monitoring systems.
Experience with core banking and case management systems.
Professional qualifications such as ICA, ACAMS, or equivalent.
