Senior / Associate Project Manager

Conrad Consulting is working with a highly respected construction consultancy looking to appoint an experienced Senior Project Manager or Associate Director to lead major heritage and commercial developments in London.

This role offers the opportunity to oversee the refurbishment and conversion of an iconic Grade I listed building into a new educational facility, alongside other complex commercial projects.

The project is currently reaching the end of RIBA Stage 4, making previous experience managing projects through the construction phase essential.

You'll be responsible for leading project delivery, managing consultants and contractors, administering contracts, maintaining client relationships and ensuring projects are delivered successfully on site.

• Proven experience managing projects during construction.
• Strong background in commercial or heritage developments.
• Consultancy project management experience.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Experience with listed buildings or complex refurbishments is highly desirable.

• Salary between £75,000 - £85,000
