As the business continues to grow, they're looking for a Senior AV Engineer who can take ownership of installations, support junior engineers, and help deliver some of the most exciting smart home projects in the region.

The Opportunity
As a Senior AV Engineer, you'll play a key role in delivering luxury home automation and audio-visual systems for demanding clients who expect the highest standards.
You'll lead installations on site, work closely with Project Managers, mentor junior engineers, and ensure every system is installed, tested, and commissioned to perfection.
This isn't just a cable-pulling role.
You'll be trusted to solve problems, make technical decisions, interact directly with clients, and take ownership of delivering exceptional results.
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading smart home and AV installations on-site
- Installing, commissioning, and programming integrated AV and automation systems
- Building, wiring, and testing AV racks
- Reading and interpreting schematics and technical drawings
- Diagnosing faults and resolving technical issues
- Working closely with project managers and third-party contractors
- Mentoring and supporting junior engineers
- Delivering a first-class customer experience throughout every project
You're Likely To Be A Great Fit If You Have:
- Strong AV installation experience within residential or high-end residential environments
- Excellent fault-finding and troubleshooting skills
- Good networking knowledge including TCP/IP, routers, switches, and wireless infrastructure
- Experience with Control4, Crestron, or similar automation platforms
- Experience with lighting control, distributed AV, video matrix systems, and networking solutions
- Strong communication and client-facing skills
- A professional attitude and pride in your workmanship
- A full UK driving licence
