We are looking for a Senior Beauty Therapist to join the business and play an important role in the continued success of the salon. This is a hands-on opportunity for an experienced beauty professional who enjoys delivering exceptional treatments while also supporting the day-to-day running of a premium, service-led environment.

The successful Senior Beauty Therapist will act as a key support to the wider team, helping maintain standards, creating an outstanding client experience and contributing to the smooth operation of the salon each day.

This role sits at the heart of a modern, high-quality beauty environment focused on consistency, care and service excellence.

What the role involves

You'll take ownership of delivering an exceptional client journey while supporting the daily operation of the salon. Working closely with leadership and the wider team, you'll help ensure standards remain high and that the salon runs efficiently throughout the day.

This position combines expert treatment delivery with team support, organisation and a strong presence on the salon floor.

Day-to-day focus

• Delivering high-quality beauty treatments and maintaining exceptional service standards

• Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the salon

• Acting as a senior presence on shift and helping coordinate the team where required

• Leading by example and creating a welcoming, calm and professional environment

• Supporting newer team members with guidance and confidence building

• Helping maintain presentation, hygiene and operational standards

• Monitoring stock levels and supporting salon organisation

• Building strong relationships with clients and encouraging repeat visits

• Handling client feedback professionally and supporting positive resolutions

About you

• Previous experience as a Senior Beauty Therapist, Lead Therapist or experienced Beauty Therapist within a premium environment

• NVQ Level 2/3 Beauty Therapy or equivalent qualification

• Confident delivering treatments across nails, lashes and/or brows to a high standard

• Comfortable taking ownership and supporting wider salon operations

• Naturally organised with the ability to remain calm in a busy environment

• Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences

• Strong communication skills with a collaborative and supportive approach
