We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Senior Bodyshop Advisor position in Burgess Hill. This Senior Bodyshop Advisor opportunity is ideal for experienced professionals seeking to progress their career within a reputable automotive bodyshop. Duties of a Senior Bodyshop Advisor:
  • Effectively liaise with insurance companies to facilitate smooth claims and repair authorisations
  • Manage customer enquiries professionally, providing a high level of service
  • Oversee repair process from vehicle intake to completion, ensuring timely updates to customers 
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient vehicle repairs
  • Assist with estimating, administration, and bodyshop procedures
  • Support vehicle movements, such as delivery and collection, as required
  • Contribute to a customer-focused, proactive team environment
Requirements of a Senior Bodyshop Advisor:
  • Proven experience as a Senior Bodyshop Advisor, ideally with liaising with insurance companies
  • Valid UK driving licence is advantageous for managing vehicle movements
  • Exceptional organisational and communication skills
  • Resilient, adaptable, and capable of handling challenging situations professionally
  • Customer-focused approach with a flexible, proactive attitude
  • Willingness to enhance skills in estimating, insurance claims, and bodyshop procedures
