About the Company
Our client is an established building and project consultancy providing professional advice across building surveying, project management and a broad range of property and construction services.

With a strong focus on delivering practical, commercially minded advice, the business works across a varied client portfolio and prides itself on a personal, client-focused approach. The Role

Alongside core building surveying responsibilities, you will have the opportunity to become increasingly involved in project management, contract administration and the delivery of works from inception through to completion.

The majority of the work will be across the North West, with occasional travel to London and the rare overnight stay. The role is office-based in Manchester with hybrid working available, although there is a preference for approximately three days per week in the office.
