Conrad Consulting is partnering with an established, multi-disciplinary property and construction consultancy to recruit a Senior Building Surveyor for its growing London Building Surveying team.

The RoleAs a Senior Building Surveyor, you'll take ownership of a varied workload, delivering projects from inception through to completion while providing trusted professional advice to a broad client base.
Responsibilities include:
- Delivering a mix of project and professional Building Surveying instructions.
- Preparing specifications, schedules of work and tender documentation.
- Managing planning and Building Regulations applications.
- Contract administration and project delivery from design through to completion.
- Chairing project meetings and managing stakeholder relationships.
- Preparing tender reports and advising clients on contractor selection.
- Monitoring project costs, programmes and quality throughout delivery.
- Negotiating and agreeing final accounts.
- Building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
- Mentoring and supporting junior Building Surveyors and APC candidates.
We're looking for an ambitious Building Surveyor who can demonstrate:
- MRICS Chartered status or working towards chartership.
- Previous experience within a consultancy environment.
- Strong project management and contract administration experience.
- Knowledge of JCT contracts and UK Building Regulations.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to problem solving.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
