The Role
As Senior Building Surveyor, you'll take responsibility for delivering a diverse range of professional surveying and project management services across a varied property portfolio.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering a full range of professional building surveying services
- Managing refurbishment and asset improvement projects from inception through to completion
- Acting as the lead consultant and principal point of contact for clients
- Preparing specifications, technical reports, schedules, and contract documentation
- Undertaking contract administration and project management responsibilities
- Working closely with colleagues, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders
- Ensuring projects are delivered safely, compliantly, on programme, and to the highest standards
About You
We're looking for an experienced surveyor who can demonstrate:
- MRICS qualified (essential)
- Strong background in both professional building surveying and project management
- Excellent technical knowledge of refurbishment and property improvement projects
- Proficiency in CAD
- Revit experience would be advantageous but isn't essential
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
- A proactive, collaborative, and solutions-focused approach
