Senior Building Surveyor

A Senior Building Surveyor London opportunity within a commercially focused consultancy environment. The role combines professional services delivery, project work, client ownership and fee responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead dilapidations instructions for landlord and tenant clients
• Deliver condition surveys, technical due diligence and PPM instructions
• Manage contract administration and refurbishment project delivery
• Develop client relationships and support business development activity
• Mentor graduate and APC candidates while reviewing junior output

Requirements

• MRICS qualified Building Surveyor
• Four or more years of practical Building Surveying experience
• Strong professional services and commercial surveying background
• Experience delivering dilapidations instructions independently
• Contract administration and client-facing experience

Salary & Package

• £60,000–£70,000 base salary
