The role focuses on leading project and professional building surveying instructions, managing client relationships and supporting junior surveyors within an established independent consultancy.
Responsibilities
- Lead professional and project building surveying commissions
- Manage client relationships and identify additional work opportunities
- Prepare technical reports and provide independent professional advice
- Deliver commissions to agreed quality, programme and budget
- Mentor junior surveyors and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
Requirements
- Degree in Building Surveying or related discipline
- MRICS or equivalent preferred
- Consultancy building surveying experience
- Experience delivering professional and project surveying services
- Strong commercial property knowledge with client management experience
Salary & Package
- £60,000–£75,000 basic salary
- £4,391 car allowance
