Senior Building Surveyor

📍 London

This is a Permanent, Full-time position with a hybrid working pattern, typically attending the office three days per week. The role focuses primarily on commercial refurbishment, modernisation and office fit-out projects, with progression towards Associate level expected within one to two years.

Responsibilities

• Lead refurbishment, modernisation and fit-out projects from instruction to completion
• Manage programmes, budgets, consultants and technical documentation
• Build and maintain client relationships throughout project delivery
• Deliver surveys, dilapidations, technical due diligence and pre-acquisition assessments where required
• Support project delivery across commercial, education and industrial property instructions

Requirements

• Degree in Building Surveying or related discipline
• MRICS qualified
• Senior consultancy experience within building surveying
• Strong commercial refurbishment, fit-out or modernisation project delivery experience
• Experience managing commercial clients and project stakeholders

Salary & Package

• £60,000–£70,000 salary
