Senior Building Surveyor

£45,000 base salary, OTE £125,000. This is a Permanent, Full-time role covering project-led and professional building surveying instructions.

Responsibilities

• Lead refurbishment and improvement projects from specification and procurement through contract administration and practical completion
• Manage technical due diligence and dilapidations instructions
• Own WIP, invoicing, fee recovery and financial performance across allocated projects
• Coordinate consultants and contractors while managing programme, quality and deliverables
• Manage client relationships and support less experienced surveyors where required

Requirements

• MRICS chartered status
• Established post-qualification commercial building surveying consultancy experience
• Independent refurbishment and contract administration experience
• Technical due diligence, dilapidations or comparable professional surveying experience
• Experience managing project fees, WIP, invoicing and client communication

Salary & Package

• Quarterly performance bonus with OTE up to £125,000
