My client is a growing property consultancy is looking to appoint a Chartered Building Surveyor to join its Birmingham team. This position is suited to a Chartered Surveyor with solid experience across both professional and project work, including:
- Acquisition surveys and due diligence
- Dilapidations (surveying and negotiation)
- Planned preventative maintenance programmes
- Contract administration and project management
- Statutory compliance and building regulations
