This role is working within a large organisation who are going through a transformation journey within their procurement team, so it's an exciting time to make a real impact within the Corporate Services team. This role will require you to work in Leeds 3 days per week, however, expenses will be covered.
Description
As Corporate Services Senior Category Manager, duties will include, however, not be limited to:
- Develop and implement category strategies to align with business objectives.
- Manage the corporate services procurement team.
- Manage supplier relationships to ensure optimal performance and value.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure favourable terms.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement needs.
- Monitor compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
Profile
A successful Corporate Services Senior Category Manager should have:
- Proven experience in procurement and supply chain management within the Corporate Services Category.
- Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
- Excellent communication and senior stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in procurement tools and systems.
- Knowledge of procurement policies and compliance requirements.
Job Offer
