We are currently recruiting for multiple Senior Chef de Partie / Junior Sous Chef positions across the UK, working with a range of quality-led establishments including country house hotels, boutique properties, and high-volume kitchens. These roles are ideal for experienced chefs ready to step into a more senior position with increased responsibility and progression.

As a Senior Chef de Partie / Junior Sous Chef, you will support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen, helping to lead service, maintain standards, and assist in developing junior team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the senior kitchen team in delivering high-quality food across all services.
• Take a leading role during service, ensuring consistency and standards are met.
• Supervise and mentor junior chefs within the brigade.
• Assist with menu development, prep planning, and kitchen organisation.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards.
• Support stock control, ordering, and cost management.

Key Requirements

• Previous experience as a Senior Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
• Passion for fresh food and high standards of presentation.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a busy kitchen.
• Good understanding of kitchen management and food safety standards.
• Flexibility to relocate within the UK if required.
