Salary Dependent on experience + Shift Pay when applicable + 5% Bonus +Pension + 33 Holidays + Gym

Mon-Fri role, 39 hours, willing to consider Double days (6-2, 2-10), permanent afternoons (2-10) or permanent nights (10-6)

Are you an experienced CNC Machinist, with experience of programming/setting/operating on CNC turning machines looking for a well paid permanent Mon-Fri role.

My client can offer a range of different shift patterns from double days to permanent afternoons to permanent nights. Shift allowance is 10% of afternoon shifts, 20% on nights.

Guide basic salary is £35-40K but my client is flexible based on experience.
This is an opportunity to work in excellent working conditions (onsite gym and subsidised restaurant) and earn shift pay, overtime (1.5x / 2x Sundays) working within a busy and large CNC workshop.

The company are specialist manufacturers and operate on a global scale. They have a wide range of Machinery and you will be working with metals and plastics.

This role would suit a Turner who can program, set and operate on 5 axis machines and is also willing to get involved in training and mentoring more junior colleagues.

The Role:

1. Permanent role working Mon-Fri with great Benefits including: Shift pay on afternoon/night shift, bonus, overtime, 5% Pension, 33 holidays, Onsite Restaurant and Gym
2. Flexibility of shift pattern
3. Programming, setting and operating CNC 5 axis Turning machines
4. Performs in-process inspection using a wide variety of measuring devices, including CMM's
5. Supporting more junior CNC staff

The Candidate:

1. Experience of programming setting and operating within a Manufacturing environment.
2. Working knowledge of CNC turning machines
3. Ability to use required gauges or instruments.
