Senior Commercial Manager

Conrad Consulting is working with a leading consultancy on an immediate opportunity for an experienced Senior Commercial Manager to support a major project within the infrastructure, energy and utilities sector.

The successful candidate will join a project during the construction delivery phase and take a senior role across commercial and contract management.

The Role

You will be responsible for managing commercial activities across a major project, with responsibilities including:

• Contract administration.
• Change management.
• Claims and variations.
• NEC and/or FIDIC contract management.
• Compensation events.
• Commercial reporting and forecasting.
• Commercial risk management.
• Stakeholder management.
• Providing commercial advice throughout construction delivery.

About You

You should be able to demonstrate:

• 10+ years' experience working on major infrastructure, energy, utilities, power, renewables or BESS projects.
• Strong construction delivery experience.
• Excellent NEC and/or FIDIC contract knowledge.
• Experience managing change, claims, variations and compensation events.
• Strong commercial reporting experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience within a client, consultancy or contractor environment.
