An exciting opportunity for a Senior Commercial Manager to take ownership of the commercial function across a portfolio of flagship projects.

You will play a key leadership role, driving commercial performance, managing risk, and ensuring projects are delivered profitably from pre-construction through to final account.

• Lead commercial strategy across multiple projects
• Oversee cost planning, procurement, and financial reporting
• Manage and develop a team of commercial professionals
• Drive margin improvement and cost control initiatives
• Manage contract compliance (JCT / Design & Build)
• Lead negotiations with clients and subcontractors
• Provide accurate forecasting and reporting to senior leadership
• Identify and mitigate commercial risks and opportunities

• Proven experience in a Senior Commercial Manager or Commercial Lead role
• Background in commercial fit-out or construction
• Strong knowledge of JCT contracts
• Demonstrated leadership and team management experience
• Excellent commercial acumen and negotiation skills
• Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar (preferred)
