Senior Commercial Manager

We're seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Manager to take the commercial lead on a landmark £250m+ commercial/mixed-use development in Central London.

As a key member of the Project Leadership Team, you'll drive commercial performance, manage contractual risk, lead a high-performing team, and play a critical role in the successful delivery of a major project from inception through to completion.

📊 Take ownership of project finances, forecasting and commercial reporting

📑 Manage head contract administration and contractual risk

🤝 Work alongside senior project leaders, clients and design teams

📈 Influence procurement strategy, project delivery and commercial outcomes

👥 Lead and develop an established commercial team

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience leading the commercial function on major construction projects (£150m+)
• Strong background within commercial office and mixed-use developments
• Extensive knowledge of JCT contracts and commercial management processes
• Experience managing complex claims and contractual disputes
• Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills
• Strong understanding of contract and commercial law
• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management or a related discipline
• MRICS qualification highly desirable
