We are working with a well-established and highly respected organisation to recruit a Senior Compliance Administrator to join their Glasgow office. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive and collaborative team, taking ownership of a wide range of compliance and administrative activities within a busy corporate environment.

This is a varied role offering exposure to multiple areas of the business, making it ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating processes, improving efficiencies, and ensuring high standards are maintained throughout.

The Role

The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative and compliance support, helping to ensure key business processes are delivered accurately, efficiently, and in line with regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

• Coordinating compliance and administrative processes across the business
• Managing shared inboxes and responding to enquiries in a timely manner
• Preparing, formatting, and proofreading reports, presentations, and business documentation
• Organising meetings, taking minutes, and tracking actions through to completion
• Maintaining accurate records, trackers, and confidential documentation
• Supporting onboarding activities, background checks, and compliance monitoring
• Monitoring key review dates and ensuring regulatory processes remain up to date
• Coordinating training activities, meetings, and business events
• Producing reports and supporting wider business projects
• Working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance processes are delivered efficiently

Essential Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in a senior administrative, compliance, or coordination role
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Experience producing professional documentation, reports, and presentations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
