Senior Construction Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage construction projects from pre-construction through to completion
• Oversee site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to specification
• Manage health & safety compliance across all site activities
• Act as the key point of contact for clients and stakeholders on project progress
• Monitor programme, budget, and quality throughout the build process
• Mentor and support site management teams

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Senior Construction Manager, Site Manager, or similar senior site-based role
• Strong background in residential, high-rise, or fit-out construction projects
• Strong knowledge of health & safety regulations (SMSTS/CSCS required)
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Right to work in the UK
