Location: Yeovil
Salary: £30,000 – £40,000 DOE + Full Uncapped Commission

The Opportunity

Apex Resources is expanding its teams nationwide, and we are looking to grow our new team in Yeovil.

We are seeking experienced Recruitment Consultants and Senior 360 Recruitment Consultants across a number of markets, including Industrial, Construction, Technical, Commercial and Logistics.

This is an opportunity for an experienced recruiter who wants more than just another desk. You will have full market autonomy, giving you the freedom to develop your own market, build your client base and grow without unnecessary restrictions.

You will also have the full backing of the business, with the tools, resources and support required to be successful. Our infrastructure is designed to allow you to spend your time doing what you do best - winning business, building relationships and placing candidates.

What We're Looking For

We are looking for a driven, commercially minded recruiter with a genuine desire to win and develop new business.

You will have:

• Proven experience within 360 (agency) recruitment

• A track record of securing new business and developing existing accounts

• Strong business development and sales ability

• The drive and ambition to build and grow your own market

• A proven ability to generate revenue and consistently hit targets

• The confidence to pick up the phone, open doors and create opportunities

• The ambition to increase your earnings and progress your career
