Reporting to the Contract Manager, the primary function of the Senior Contract Consultant is to manage the day-to-day operations and service requirements for SWR within the Rail division. You will be the interface between the Contract Consultants and the Contract Managers, and manage the Supervisors within the immediate team.

Acting as the interface between clients and the Adecco staff you will ensure maximum client satisfaction by monitoring and achieving Gate line compliance and managing staff sickness and absence to ensure all shifts are fulfilled. This role will help to drive and deliver on Client expectations and ensure they are exceeded.

You will have a team of Supervisors on the Account that will report into you and you will set their schedule for the week and ensure that all tasks and duties are carried out.

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting the Contract Manager with the roll out of any New Stations and hiring staff within that area to operate the Gates.

  • Management of candidate placements and assignment life cycle through local delivery team

  • Set up, maintain and build relationships with the Station Managers and Supervisors, and to ensure regular communication with all including visits, training and inductions locally

  • Act as point of referral for staff and Station escalations

  • Accountable for service delivery to Associates including but not limited to disciplinaries, grievance, dismissals

  • Ensure client invoicing is undertaken in accordance with contract terms and timescales

  • Ensure maximum candidate satisfaction

  • Monitor and maintain maximum Gateline compliance across the account adhering to the DFT regulations of 97%

  • To ensure adherence by all direct reports to the company policies and procedures and that administration is completed in accordance with these procedures

  • To be responsible for ensuring adherence by self and direct reports to all Company both Adecco and customer in health and safety policies, guidelines and legislation.

  • To carry out such other reasonable duties as are required by your line manager or the senior management team

  • Attending monthly Ambassador meetings with the Contract Manager, taking minutes and submitting minutes to all participants after the meeting

  • Covering for the Contract Manager / Senior Contract Consultant whilst on holiday

This role will be based at home but with frequent travel across the Network. The regions that we cover for our Client are Central, South, West, Metro and Waterloo.

Days of work will be Monday to Friday and we operate core hours of 9 - 5.30pm totalling 40 per week
