Contracts Manager / Project Director - Ground Engineering
Location: UK (Regional Role)

We are working with a leading specialist ground engineering contractor who are looking to appoint an experienced Senior Contracts Manager/Contracts Manager to support their continued growth and delivery of major projects across the UK.

This is a senior leadership opportunity for an experienced construction professional with a strong background in ground engineering, piling, foundations or specialist civils who is looking to take ownership of a regional portfolio of projects and play a key role in operational performance and business growth.

You will be responsible for:

• Leading the successful delivery of multiple ground engineering projects across the region.
• Providing operational leadership to project teams and supporting delivery performance.
• Taking ownership of commercial performance, budgets, forecasting and project outcomes.
• Managing key client relationships and supporting repeat business opportunities.
• Driving safe, efficient and profitable project delivery.
• Supporting the development of teams and improving operational processes.
• Providing strategic input into regional growth and future opportunities.

The successful candidate will ideally have:

• Previous experience as a Contracts Manager, Senior Contracts Manager, Project Director or similar senior delivery role.
• Strong experience within ground engineering, piling, foundations, geotechnical or specialist civils.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, teams and stakeholders.
• Strong commercial awareness and contract management experience.
• Excellent leadership, communication and client management skills.
• A track record of delivering complex engineering projects safely and successfully.
